We will be the first to admit, we can be hard to reach via phone. Email is our preferred method of communication because it gives us the opportunity to respond thoroughly and give a structured, formulated reply to your inquiry.
It also allows us the luxary of being able to respond at a time that is convenient for us, but may not be convenient for you.
